๐ฆ 3. Return Pickup & Courier Refund
- โ Return pickup arranged within 2โ4 working days if eligible
- ๐ If pickup is not available in your area:
โ Send the product via any courier
โ We'll reimburse up to โน100โโน200 for small/medium items (โค 4kg)
โ โน300 flat for large items
๐ธ Photo of courier receipt required - โ Full refund if replacement not available (after QC)
- โ Replacement may be rejected if product is used or wrong item returned
๐ 4. COD & RTO Rules
- โ COD orders are eligible for replacement, following same rules
- โ COD option disabled after 2 RTOs within 90 days for an account
