Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.
My order has been marked as Delivered since 02 July, but I have never received the item. The delivery person called me and admitted that he could not deliver the package that day, saying he would deliver it the next day. After that, he neither contacted me again nor delivered the product.
Marking an order as delivered without actually handing it over to the customer is unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about the company's delivery process and accountability.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer authorities and share my experience on all public platforms.
I expect the company to contact me without delay, investigate this matter, and either deliver my product or issue a full refund.

Good one for kids to play and enjoy. But the packing material is low quality and mishaps the parcel. It is is already opened and seems to be a return product resent. The company has to improve the packing material and be a genuine fresh product.
